ABOUT MOZZA
Mozza is a locally owned St. Pete paninoteca, rooted in a pretty serious love of mozzarella, Italian food, and the neighborhood we call home.
A paninoteca is Italy's answer to the neighborhood sandwich shop, and we're making it our own. Expect stacked Italian sandwiches, mozzarella pulled fresh every day, house made everything we can, contorni, and a rotating lineup of Sicilian slices, bread service, tinned fish & caviar.
We're picky about what makes it through the door, from the meats and cheeses, to the wine we pour and the goods on our shelves. You'll find a rotating collection of pantry staples, specialty foods, and finds sourced from Italy to take home, stock your kitchen, or turn into dinner later.
Grab a sandwich, order a few things for the table, have some wine, hang for a bit, and leave with something good for later.
Pull a Tin
See a tin you like? Pull it off the shelf and bring it to the counter. We’ll crack it open and plate it up with locally made artisan sourdough focaccia, butter, pickled onion, parsley, Calabrian chili, lemon, and Maldon sea salt.
